The role involves assessing patients’ health and wellbeing, developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians, specialists and other health professionals to ensure quality care, administering medication and/or treatment options, monitoring health trends, and educating patients and family members about the health condition. Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficiently read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both patients and healthcare professionals. Understanding of various medical conditions, treatments, and procedures. In‑depth knowledge of body systems and functions to assess and manage patient health effectively. Strong familiarity with medical terminology and jargon in patient care. Proficient in clinical assessment skills in patient care. High level of accuracy in data entry; ensure patient safety, effective communication, and quality care. Problem‑solving skills to make informed decisions and respond to complex and urgent situations. Demonstrate understanding and care towards patients and families. Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Comprehension and delivery of patient safety and healthcare ethics. Ability to manage conflict resolutions in a professional and effective manner. Commitment to continuous education to stay informed of the ever‑changing healthcare field as it relates to the position. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program for Registered Nurse. Current MN RN license. BLS certification. ACLS and TNCC or CALS (nice to have or must obtain upon hire). Must pass MN background check and fingerprinting. Complete TB test within the first 4 weeks of employment. Job Schedule/Location(s) Hallock, MN Part‑Time | 2 × 12‑hour shifts/week (6:45 am–7:15 pm & 7:00 pm–7:00 am) on rotation, every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday) and rotating Flex | 12‑hour shifts (6:45 am–7:15 pm & 7:00 pm–7:00 am) on rotation, every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday) and rotating Hospital setting Why Work With Us Full‑time/Part‑time: Medical – Select plans are HSA eligible with employer contribution.
