Production Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (2/2/3 Rotation)

Pay: Up to $18.50/hr + Shift Differentials + Weekly Overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Pick components from bins using a light-guided computer system
• Assemble and build kits according to specifications
• Pack completed kits into shipping boxes
• Verify order accuracy and quality before shipment
• Apply labels accurately to boxes and kits
• Move completed orders through designated shipping channels (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Rotate between different workstations including picking, packing, labeling, and small assembly projects

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 12-hour shifts when needed
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Kitting experience
• Packing and packaging experience
• Assembly or production experience
• Picking and warehouse operations experience
• Healthcare kit production experience

Pay and Benefits
