Working under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, you will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residentsProvide nursing services and direct patient careSupervise CNAs and participate in their evaluationsOversee the Falls Prevention and Pressure Sore ProgramsConduct and document thorough evaluations of residents' medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatmentMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationPerform other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsCurrent, active, and unencumbered state license to practice as an LPNExperience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is preferredCompassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident careStrong teamwork and communication skillsNew graduates are welcome to apply!About UsChanging Lives, Inspiring Careers!We believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team.
