Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Roll-Off Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for transporting open-top containers between customer sites and disposal facilities efficiently and safely. This role requires the ability to operate heavy-duty trucks, manage hydraulic systems, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport Containers: Deliver and remove roll-off containers (dumpsters) from customer sites, including construction sites, industrial locations, and residential areas.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate hydraulic lifts, cables, and tarping systems to secure loads.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues to dispatch.
• Documentation: Complete daily electronic logs accurately.
• Navigation: Safely navigate vehicles in tight spaces, high-traffic areas, and landfills.
• Communication: Maintain professional communication with dispatchers and customers.

Qualifications

• License: Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of heavy-duty truck driving experience required (roll-off experience is preferred).
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb in/out of the cab, maneuver to secure tarps, bending to hook containers.
• Record: Clean driving record (MVR).
• Availablity: Monday – Friday with some Saturdays. Must have own reliable transportation to get to yard in Granger, TX.
