Media Sales Executive

We're looking for experienced media sales professionals ready to take the next step in their career. This is a high-energy, outside sales role focused on building relationships, driving revenue, and creating impactful marketing solutions for local businesses. Position Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs
- Sell integrated media solutions across print and digital platforms
- Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
- Manage accounts from initial outreach through successful campaign delivery
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calls and client meetings
- Track performance and manage pipeline using Salesforce and related tools
- Minimum 2+ years of media sales, B2B sales, and digital marketing experience
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Strong relationship-builder and confident closer
- Creative and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
