J & J Air is seeking a highly organized, client-focused HVAC Installation Coordinator to support our HVAC installation department. This position plays a key role in coordinating construction permits, scheduling installation appointments, providing administrative support, and ensuring exceptional client experience throughout the installation process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and obtain required construction permits for HVAC installation projects. Work closely with the HVAC sales and installation teams to ensure all permits and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Schedule installation appointments and maintain communication with clients regarding project timelines. Provide administrative support for the installation department, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate client records. Conduct post-installation "Happy Calls" to ensure client satisfaction, answer questions, and address any concerns. Assist with processing installation paperwork and ensuring all required documentation is complete. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, municipalities, and internal team members. Help develop and improve office procedures and workflows to increase efficiency. Prepare reports and assist management with installation-related administrative tasks as needed. Deliver exceptional client service while representing J & J Air in a professional and positive manner. Qualifications

Previous customer service or administrative experience required. Experience coordinating permits, scheduling, and construction processes. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Knowledge of the Grand Strand area is a plus.
