Assistant Store Manager for Auto Detailing Shop

Job Description

Description

Assistant Store Manager position - helping your team succeed, supporting store operations and excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting detailers
Driving excellent service and consistent guest experience
Using our POS system to schedule and complete services
Training and coaching team members to reach their potential
Actively support managing daily operations - including opening and closing procedure, inventory control and reporting to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals
Acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is off-site
Ensuring the shop is clean, safe and operating at top performance

Requirements

Required Criminal background check
Valid driver's license
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
