A Brief Overview Partner with Site/Regional clinics and practice managers across multiple units to ensure HR deliverables are met. The HR Business Partner represents HR in business decisions; provides input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategy based on business needs. The Business Partner also supports deployment and delivery of HR initiatives and works with the HR team on strategic plan creation, alignment, and implementation. What you will do Employee Relations, Performance Management and Organizational Development: partner in the identification, development and implementation of HR solutions to interpret and align global programs to meet unique clinic needs. Ensure effective and efficient HR solutions delivery and promote continuous improvement by providing business feedback to responsible HR teams. Communicate HR policies and advise team members and leaders on direction. Consult with business leaders regarding organizational change, understand impact and implications, and develop a comprehensive change management strategy. Improve effectiveness of managers by providing process support and guidance (e.g., job mapping, workforce management, onboarding, performance management and self‑service tools). Promote accountability and alignment through the identification, development and use of HR business metrics. Direct leaders and team members to other HR resources and escalation paths as needed. Conduct needs assessments to determine program and training needs to enhance job performance. Create efficiencies and refine processes to increase department effectiveness. Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the clinic’s financial position, primary goals and culture. Manage the workforce planning process and assist with the administration of compensation programs. Perform any other duties as assigned and participate in organization projects as assigned. Adhere to safety, P4P (if applicable), HIPAA and compliance policies. Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience Qualifications 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience as a HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Specialist. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Operate in a complex, changing environment requiring collaboration across the organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of judgment. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Expertise in performance management, selection, retention, and conflict resolution. Very good knowledge of employment law and applicable regulations/legislation. Strategic thinking and the ability to influence others. Multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Build strong partnerships and work closely with line managers, senior leaders, and HR colleagues. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with effective listening and confidentiality. Licenses and Certifications PHR – Professional Human Resources Certification preferred. Physical Demands and Work Conditions Constant Sitting, Frequent Walking, Occasional Standing, Bending, Squatting, Climbing, Kneeling, Crawling, Hand Use, Repetitive Motion, Grasping, Fine Manipulation, Pushing and Pulling. Frequent Twisting and Turning (Neck and Waist). Constant Vision. Frequent lifting of 0–10 lbs; occasional lifting 11–20 lbs; seldom lifting 21–40 lbs; rare lifting of 40+ lbs. Working environment includes occasional driving, operation of equipment, exposure to noise, temperature, humidity and chemicals, biohazards (Category III), and use of protective equipment. Travel Requirements 10% travel.
