Crew Leader/Excavator Operator

Compensation & Perks

Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (Based on experience)
Future Planning: 401(k) with a company match up to 4% plus Voluntary Accident Plans and Life Insurance.

What You'll Do

We measure success through quality workmanship and high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:

Lead the Groundwork: Operate equipment efficiently to deliver plumbing solutions.
Operate Heavy Machinery: Utilize skid steers and backhoes for residential and commercial excavation.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure every job is completed with a focus on safety and high-quality results.
Solve Problems: Work with your team to offer and deliver the best solutions for our customers' exterior plumbing needs.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven excavation experience is required, specifically with skid steers and backhoes .
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing .
Leadership: Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to lead a crew on-site.
Durability: Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions.
Mindset: A goal-oriented professional who takes pride in operating efficiently.
