Physical Therapists provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities and limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation services. Physical Therapists establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Physical Therapists educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Licenses/Certifications Current license for Physical Therapist in state of employment Must maintain current Provider BLS/CPR certification throughout employment Experience At least 6 months of experience directly related to duties and responsibilities Ability to project a professional image Rehab Tech Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements and company policies and procedures Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice Strong organizational and analytical skills Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
