Who we want… (Requirements) The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a degree from a technical college and three to five (3-5) years of experience; or the equivalent combination both. Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Strong organizational skills and time management skills. Ability to collaborate and integrate with existing team. May require knowledge of applications specific to the project assigned. The selected candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications What we expect… (Essential Functions) Knowledge of design trends, construction methods and materials applications. Participate in material finish selections and finish schedule. Perform site survey, field measurements and documentation. Create presentations and construction documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants and design-build subcontractors to convey design intent. Assist in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals. Base knowledge of appropriate use and application of finish materials. Working knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), experience in selection and specification with commercial furniture preferred. Assist in project coordination between project teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and consultants. Develop innovative design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe, functional, and conducive of customer goals and with project budget. Other duties may be assigned.
