Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Dallas, TX. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and managing sales orders, confirming product availability, and ensuring all order details are complete and compliant with company standards. Daily tasks include reviewing purchase orders, verifying pricing and terms, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams, and updating the system with any changes or special instructions. The role also involves monitoring order status, resolving discrepancies, handling order-related inquiries from customers, and preparing basic reports or documentation as needed. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to support timely shipments, maintain organized records, and provide clear, professional communication throughout the order lifecycle. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on timely and accurate assistance. Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction by understanding needs and following through on commitments. Professional communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with clear, courteous, and efficient interaction across all channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document interactions and prepare clear responses. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and data handling. Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics). Basic proficiency with office software and customer databases or CRM systems.
