Cumberland Supply, LLC. is searching for an accounting assistant to join its growing and quickly expanding team! The ideal candidate is a conscientious, detail-oriented, and task-oriented self-starter with a desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (A/R): Process mail-in checks via Paradigm ERP software. Resolve customer account inquiries and discrepancies over the phone and via Microsoft Outlook. Process invoices and customer statements on a weekly and monthly basis. Accounts Payable (A/P): Partner with our purchasing team to store, reconcile, and pay vendor invoices with DocuWare software. Process employee payroll via Paycor software. Opportunities for growth and expansion! Qualifications High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. 1-3 years of prior customer service experience required. 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus. Previous experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, Paycor, and DocuWare preferred. Experience with B2B negotiation and consultation is a plus.
