Guided by our mission, we strive to be the trusted partner for organizations looking to achieve better results, providing solutions that enhance brand engagement and performance.  Job Overview:The Wide Format Printing Operator is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of wide format digital printing and cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality print jobs according to specified requirements and timelines. Available Shifts and Pay Rates:1st Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hr.2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Pay: $20.90-$24.20/hr. Company Benefit Details:Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchAnd more!  What You'll Do:Set up and operate wide format printers and cutters (Agfa, Zund).Set up materials and jobs per specifications.Monitor quality and equipment performance.Complete production records and job tracking in Pace.Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace.Follow all safety procedures and assist with production needs.  What We're Looking For:Previous commercial printing experience required; wide format printing/cutting experience strongly preferred.High school diploma or GED.Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong organizational and basic computer skills. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask effectively.
