Job Description

This cook position focuses on line and prep cooking within a small kitchen team of 2-5 people. The role involves preparing and cooking food, managing orders, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include day, evening, and night schedules, providing support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Plan and organize menu components
Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
Monitor food quality and portion control
Manage incoming orders efficiently
Adhere to kitchen safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in cooking and food preparation
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
Effective time management and teamwork skills
Proficient knife skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
