You will be responsible for performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy for patients with a variety of diagnoses.Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients requiring Physical Therapy services.\n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.\n Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients.\n Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and therapy techniques.\n Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.\n Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.\n Qualifications\n \n Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.\n Current CPR certification.\n Inpatient Physical Therapy experience is required.\n Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.\n Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.\n Additional Information\n This position guarantees a minimum of 72 hours biweekly for all assignments.
