Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to patients, utilizing clinical expertise to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and facility policies to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapies in accordance with physician directives, ensuring evidence-based practices.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately using Epic charting system.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all licensure, certification, and facility requirements, including BLS and de-escalation training.
  
  
• 
  Float within skillset and adapt to varying patient ratios based on census and acuity.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with team members, patients, and families to support therapeutic goals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active NJ State license or Compact license at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Possess 2-5 years of acute care and outpatient therapy experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting and BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work day shifts (8:00 am 4:30 pm) and adapt to schedule requests; local candidates and first-timers are encouraged to apply.
  
  
• 
  Comply with travel and return staff policies, including background checks and license verification.
