Project Manager

Renewyx is partnering with a growing design-build firm that's rethinking how energy retrofits get delivered, turning inefficient, aging buildings into high-performing, low-carbon spaces. They need an experienced Construction Project Manager to take projects from early planning through to final handover. You'll carry real ownership here. That means shaping budgets and procurement early, keeping large, technically demanding builds on track day to day, and negotiating subcontracts and change orders directly, all while working alongside engineering and design from the outset rather than picking things up after the fact.
