Responsibilities

Perform a variety of manual tasks to support production and warehouse operations.

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.

Operate basic tools and machinery as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.

Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.

Support other departments with general labor needs as directed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience in a manufacturing or general labor setting is a plus.

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks.

Reliable transportation to get to work in Detroit, Michigan.

A positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with a team.
