Construction Manager – Chesterfield, MO Position Summary We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of single-family homes throughout the Chesterfield market. This individual will manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple homes through all phases of construction, from groundbreaking through closing. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners. Maintain construction schedules and ensure timely home deliveries. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance. Resolve field issues and maintain strong relationships with trade partners. Manage budgets, change orders, and construction-related costs. Conduct homeowner walkthroughs and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Partner with Purchasing, Sales, Warranty, and Division leadership to meet business objectives. Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction management experience. Experience with a production or semi-custom homebuilder preferred. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, and building codes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
