To thrive in this position, you'll bring:

• A current WA State Department of Health SLP License
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• WA State SLP ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
• Fingerprints and successful WSP and FBI background/sexual misconduct clearance
• Valid Washington State Driver's License or demonstrated mobility
• Prior experience in school-based settings (preferred)
• Strong skills in assessment, developing IEPs, and collaboration
• Commitment to the needs of pediatric and school-aged students
• Openness to working in a dynamic, student-centered environment

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing speech-language therapy and interventions for school-aged students
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Writing and contributing to IEPs and progress reports
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers and families
• Maintaining accurate records meeting school and state guidelines
• Supporting students in-person, 37.5 hours per week, on student attendance days only
