Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using proven modalities such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and family therapy meetings, addressing a range of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate clinical records as per legal and ethical standards, employing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to foster comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Our goal is to provide culturally competent, individualized care that supports each client's specific needs and promotes their overall well-being. Your ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals will be crucial in facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a direct clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications, with potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
