Overview StretchLab is an industry leader in one‑on‑one assisted stretching, offering trainings for Flexologists. We are looking for personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/pilates instructors to join our team in Glen Allen, VA. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to six clients. Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions, using empathy and communication skills. Build and retain membership through sales, outreach, and effective client engagement. Maintain client records, book weekly recurring appointments, and provide a best‑in‑class experience. Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations. Address member concerns and assist sales associates and general manager with studio tours as needed. Maintain a strong social media presence to support membership and retention. Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use. Requirements Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Prior experience as a massage therapist, personal trainer, physical therapist, Pilates or yoga instructor, or similar hands‑on fitness professional. Fitness certification is required. Strong communication skills and empathy, with a positive, welcoming approach. Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies. Must be available for our 2‑day Flexologist Training Program™ (20 hours online + 2 days in‑person). Job Details Job type: Part‑time, Contract. Hourly rate: $22.00–$24.00.
