Summary

We're looking for an Event Technology Manager to own delivery for a client engagement from start to finish: building the project plan, configuring the platform, and keeping the timeline on track. You'll be the client's day to day point of contact, so strong project management instincts and clear communication matter as much as the technical work. Cvent is our primary platform and the most important expertise for this role, with working knowledge of RainFocus and Swoogo as a plus. 

You will  

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules for your assigned engagement 
• Configure and manage Cvent for registration sites, mobile apps, and related builds 
• Support builds on RainFocus or Swoogo as needed 
• Serve as the day to day client contact, running status calls and sharing timeline updates 
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risk, and escalate proactively when things slip 
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting 
• Reconcile invoices and keep budget tracking accurate for your engagement 
• Coordinate with contractors and internal specialists to keep builds on schedule 

What you bring  

• 5+ years of event technology delivery experience 
• 3+ years of hands-on Cvent experience; Cvent certification strongly preferred 
• Working knowledge of RainFocus and Swoogo a plus 
• Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple timelines and priorities at once 
• Comfortable as the primary client contact for day to day communication 
• Comfortable with invoice reconciliation and budget tracking 
• A proactive work style, comfortable identifying and raising issues before they're asked about 
• Comfortable speaking up and sharing your perspective in team and client settings 
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) a plus 
• Able to travel for client engagements; travel is required for this role 
• Candidates must be able to work core hours in the Central time zone. Travel is required for this role to support client engagements. 

Location 

Candidates must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin. Candidates local to an Augeo office are expected to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside commuting distance of an Augeo office may work remotely.
