About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan files from submission to final approval. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple files with ease, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to both clients and colleagues. What You'll Do Manage and process mortgage loan files from initial submission through underwriting and closing Ensure documentation complies with company, investor, and regulatory standards (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) Maintain clear and proactive communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties Gather, review, and verify documentation needed to support the loan process Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted in a timely and compliant manner Monitor files in LOS (Loan Origination System) and ensure up-to-date records What You Bring 2+ years of recent mortgage loan processing experience Solid knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and general lending platforms High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred Compensation & Bonus Structure We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and experience: Base Salary: $23.00-$29.00/ hour (based on experience) Per-File Bonus: $150–$250 per closed loan (based on experience) Why Oakdale Mortgage?
