Brand Ambassador Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness. Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports the full operation of the business. Maintains a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives. Create Winning Teams / Drive Results Establishes trust, maintains integrity, and supports a collaborative environment within the store and organization to promote a fair, positive experience and inclusive culture. Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development. Exemplifies strong business acumen and executes forward‑planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals / KPIs. Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high‑level training as needed. Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds the team accountable for achieving goals. Enforces team compliance with company policies and store operational procedures. Customer Focused (Internal & External) Assists in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners. Creates a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentors the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term relationships. Provides HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team. Champions company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers. Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level. Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
