If RNs have an Associate's Degree within 2 years of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and conduct the following: 1. Identify which school they plan to attend, 2. Provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion; 3. Submit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required prerequisites and timeline for taking the courses, and Complete BSN within 5 years of start date.Experience: Minimum of two years of Critical Care nursing experience. Preferred Candidates will have 2 years of CICU or ICU experience.Certification: BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
