Sales Development Representative
Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.
And we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Engage with leads across multiple channels and platforms.
- Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.
- Manage and organize leads within the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups or book qualified meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
- Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team regarding lead activity and outreach.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling Experience with outbound prospecting and lead engagement Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads Comfortable working with CRM and sales outreach platforms Goal-oriented and results-driven
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
