Make it Safe, Make it Personal, Make it Home. Responsibilities As a Field Supervisor you will support maintenance technicians' work.. In addition, you will: Give direction to multiple crews and their job-site activities Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Qualifications About You Safety is a part of your day-to-day You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are looking for long-term projects You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team You have fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience You are an expert in fiber engineering and have knowledge of fiber equipment (i.e. fusion splicer, test equipment OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer) 1310, 1550, DWDM, CWDM, 945 OLTS, Max Tester, Power meter) You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team You have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes (Applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record) Hard work pays off.
