Position Overview
We're seeking a Female Exercise Specialist who combines expertise in movement with genuine warmth and encouragement. You'll deliver personalized, in-home fitness sessions across Charlottesville and nearby areas, helping clients improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence.

This role is perfect for someone who blends a trainer's precision with a coach's compassion - meeting female clients where they are and guiding them toward their best selves.

Responsibilities

Lead personalized, one-on-one or small group fitness sessions (in-home or on-site).
Create and adjust customized programs focusing on strength, alignment, mobility and longevity.
Motivate clients and track their progress toward goals.
Educate clients on safe movement and healthy habits.
Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism and positivity.

Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar).
CPR/AED certified.

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
