Seeking CRNAs that want to practice independently in Roswell, NM, get paid top dollar and practice at the top of your license for an independently owned anesthesia group. New grad? Don't worry - you will be trained and supported throughout the entire process.

role, doing it all! Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically done with your day by 3 pm.

Off 1 week per month. No week day call . Backup call every 3rd weekend (very rarely used, however). Sites: 3 facilities within miles of each other including general OR and surgical centers. Case Variety: GI, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, podiatry, urology, and ENT. All CRNA team Solo provider role, must be comfortable practicing independently doing regional anesthesia, blocks, ultrasound, etc. Level 3 Trauma Facility

Compensation & Benefits:

1099 role:

$400K base (paid twice per month)

$25K annual bonus $75K sign-on

with 3 year contract (paid early if you are a new grad/still in school)

Tuition reimbursement up to $12K per year for Roswell location

12 weeks off per year Experienced leadership Potential to work back weeks, if desired
