Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis at our facility in Rutland, VT. As a Physical Therapist with Allaire Health Services, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care as part of our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and chronic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals and improve function

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
