- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Accurately and efficiently check-in and schedule service appointments
- Provide detailed estimates and timelines for service completion
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
- Handle customer complaints and address any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately process payments and maintain proper documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service experience
- Must have proficient Computer Knowledge.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have experience with working on Spreadsheets.
