Contract Attorney

Seeking a part-time remote Contract Attorney or Contracts Manager, this role will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while managing a workflow of approximately 15-20 contracts per month for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, data sharing, collaboration, and payment provider agreements Support the implementation and optimization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies and assist in standardizing legal processes Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active U.S. bar license preferred, or substantial commercial contract management experience 2+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements Experience managing contracts in a high-volume environment Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
