Job Summary We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients, supporting their independence and positive behavior. Your role will be crucial in implementing skill-building and care plans while fostering a positive learning environment for clients and their families. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions. Be an integral part of the clinical team, directly executing skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Create a positive learning atmosphere for clients and establish connections with their families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Spanish is required. Genuine willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism. Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and maintain composure in challenging situations. RBT certification is mandatory for this role. Important Details Services will be delivered in clients' homes or community-based settings. All positions initially start as part-time. Candidates must commit to a 6-month duration to positively impact our clients' lives. Ideal Backgrounds Education or early childhood development. Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship. Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles. After-school programs or camp counseling. Behavioral health, mental health, or social services. Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism. Healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver). Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one. No experience?
