Product Data Analyst

To support a growing referral program, the full-time temporary Product Data Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to define and measure key funnel metrics, automate KPI reporting, and execute A/B tests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and measure key funnel metrics to improve end-to-end product performance Automate in-season KPI reporting and conduct A/B tests in collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop new reporting capabilities and self-serve options for referral testing to enhance business-facing reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics Minimum of 5 years of strong SQL and analytics experience 3-5 years of experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making Experience in causal inference and time series forecasting, preferably in Financial Technology
