In-Home Caregiver/CNA

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available 25-40 hours per week.

At the core of every Comfort Keepers caregiver is a heart to care for others. Comfort Keepers have a special combination of compassion and capability that makes them the ideal person to help care for seniors and other adults.


We are looking for professional caregivers who are skilled, trained, and ready to provide a clean home environment, fresh-cooked meals, personal care assistance, transfers, toileting, bed-bound care, medication prompting and cueing, and handling errands and shopping.

Must be available on Fridays and Saturdays. You may choose your two days off.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year current working experience in the field of caregiving.
• A high skill level including Hoyer lifts, and able to perform transfers of all types a plus.
• Personal Care including bed bathing, toileting, bathing, hair care, and oral hygiene.
• Housekeeping skills as all homes need to be cleaned during our visits.
• Proven experience with Dementia patients.
• Patient, reliable, accountable, self-starter.
• Tons of empathy, kindness, and likes to visit and reminisce.
• Able to work in a variety of home settings.
• Able to work well with male clients.
• Able to work in homes with cats and or dogs.
• Able to work in a smoking environment if necessary.
• Spanish Speaker a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
