This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable, team-oriented company.As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work directly on customers’ homes performing gutter installations and maintenance, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window-related repairs as needed.This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $15–$22 per hour, based on experience.What You’ll DoInstall, repair, and maintain residential gutter systemsAssist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when neededLoad, unload, and organize materials and toolsWork safely on ladders, roofs, and job sitesFollow company quality standards and safety guidelinesCommunicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficientlySupport other production tasks as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus—but not requiredWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying conditionsAttention to detail and pride in doing the job rightReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licensePositive attitude and strong work ethicWhy Work With All American Roof Pros?We believe in doing quality work and taking care of our team.
