Landscaping Project Manager

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead our construction and production teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on delivering complex projects, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience) Health insurance plans Paid time off Opportunity to work with a motivated, growth-oriented leadership team Key leadership role within a rapidly growing company Requirements for the Landscape Project Manager: 5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience within a company generating $3M+ in annual revenue. 3+ years of leadership experience managing a production division or similar operational team. Strong understanding of high-end residential landscape design/build processes or similar construction environments. Basic knowledge of plant material and procurement terminology. Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractor teams simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass a background check. Responsibilities of the Landscape Project Manager: Lead and manage the Landscape Production Division, including project scheduling, execution, and completion of all construction and design/build projects. Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex landscape construction projects. Utilize systems such as LMN to track job costing, production efficiency, and data-driven decision making. Manage and coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and project timelines are met. Oversee subcontractor services for maintenance clients including irrigation, lawn care, and plant care. Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
