Schedule

Shift hours are from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, every third weekend with one summer, one winter, and one off holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our team. The role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and support in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid healthcare license/certification required.
• Completion of Trinity Code of Conduct Form and other professional documentation is necessary for onboarding.
• Proof of vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) and drug screen must be provided.
• Criminal background check and education verification are required.
