What You'll Do
- Lead daily maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Manage service requests and make-ready units efficiently
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing standards
- Train and supervise maintenance team members and vendors
- Handle after-hours emergencies and maintain strong communication with residents
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong gas and HVAC experience (EPA Type II or Universal required)
- CPO certification preferred
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
- Reliable transportation and personal tools
