Master’s Intake Clinician — Kickstart Mental Health Journeys
Thresholds
Thresholds is seeking an Intake Specialist in Chicago to apply clinical skills in mental health recovery. You will conduct assessments with individuals seeking services, meet with clients, families, and providers in diverse settings across Chicago, and complete IM+CANS and a comprehensive service plan. This role offers autonomy with collaborative support from the Intake team, opportunities for clinical supervision, and growth within Thresholds as you coordinate transitions to ongoing care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thresholds
