Position Summary: This position is responsible for monitoring the performance of and efficiently directing the digital order flow through several warehouse operating systems.

Hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 5am to 3:30pm and overtime as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees order volume and building flow from inbound to outbound; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to changing volume, and escalates issues as needed.
• Coaches team to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning and performance.
• Recognizes coordinators behaviors and competencies through feedback, recognition, and positive reinforcement. Creates positive and inclusive culture.
• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system, Commander (TGW) and associated outputs; handles related issues within each operating system. Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to building changes/issues.
• Identifies opportunities for innovation and/or process improvement.
• Completes essential administrative tasks in a timely manner, i.e. Kronos, AMS, Reviews, etc.

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00

Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

Your Experience:

• Experience in a high volume and fast paced distribution center environment.
• Experience with warehouse operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as this position will communicate with leaders across multiple business units.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Work as a team player within the WCS department and across the warehouse.
• Sense of urgency when dealing with time sensitive issues.
