Workday Integration Developer

Role Description The Squires Group is seeking a talented Workday Integration Developer to support a large-scale, mission-driven public sector Workday implementation. This role offers the opportunity to build and support critical system integrations that enable a modern, resilient enterprise platform supporting public services and community impact. This is a long-term engagement on a high-priority program, working with an experienced and collaborative Workday delivery team. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while contributing to a complex and meaningful transformation initiative from its early stages through go-live and beyond. Per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders. Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services Partner closely with functional leads across Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Procurement to design end‑to‑end integration solutions Support inbound and outbound data flows ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance Participate in integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities Document integration designs and provide ongoing support through go-live and post‑production stabilization Qualifications Hands-on experience developing Workday integrations (Studio experience strongly preferred) Solid understanding of Workday integration patterns, tools, and best practices Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations or enterprise environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional team members Per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders Benefits Our Commitment to You - We offer competitive pay, multi-year projects, and a list of exciting clients.
