Full Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting. This role is essential in helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Duties:

• Assess patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing conditions at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Participate in team meeting events.

Experience:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ.
• Proven knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy techniques is essential.
• Experience in geriatrics, acute care, home health, or clinical settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with developing care plans and understanding of healthcare systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations are necessary for success in this role.
