What You'll Do - Manager Responsibilities- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations at your shop
- Lead, coach, and develop your team of Technicians and Service Advisors
- Drive sales and ensure profitability through disciplined execution
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Maintain operational standards for workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to hit location-level KPIs and growth goals
