Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with a minimum of two years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures to join their team in Santa Monica, CA. The team represents a variety of market participants on M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy transition, and energy tech sectors. Duties Participate in M&A and joint venture transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex legal matters. Provide legal advice and support to clients in various energy and infrastructure projects. Requirements At least two years of relevant experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A. Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of California is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
