What You'll Learn & Do + Pull, route, and label network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) + Assist with cable installations in a data center environment + Help terminate cables and patch panels + Support cable testing and troubleshooting activities + Learn industry-standard installation practices + Assist with fiber optic cable handling and organization + Maintain a clean and safe work area + Work alongside experienced technicians and project leads ✅ What We're Looking For + Interest and expereince in telecommunications, low voltage, or construction, + Basic experience using hand tools preferred + Strong work ethic and willingness to learn + Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment + Reliable attendance and punctuality + Positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills ️ Work Environment + Large-scale Data Center Project + Fast-paced, hands-on construction environment + Opportunity to gain experience with cutting-edge technology infrastructure + Exposure to structured cabling, networking, and fiber optics ⏰ Shift Options1st Shift 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM 2nd Shift 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Candidates with flexibility to work either shift are preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveport, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
