This role is pivotal in ensuring field operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing daily industrial field service operations and ensuring all jobs meet safety, efficiency, and customer specifications.Leading and coordinating field crews, schedules, and equipment assignments.Enforcing safety and compliance standards in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Serving as the primary field contact for customers and management, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.Inspecting equipment and work areas prior to job commencement and correcting deficiencies to prevent accidents, injuries, lost productivity, or equipment damage.Operating necessary equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures.Instructing and assisting crew members in performing duties per client requirements and company policies.Safely operating vehicles in compliance with US DOT and other regulatory requirements.Managing project documentation and supporting job reconciliation and review processes.Performing additional duties as assigned to support field operations and company objectives.
