Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to "grow" with us here at the farm! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop ideas to drive traffic, increase exposure, improve, or create and increase brand awareness Design and produce digital ads, and direct mail pieces with all photography and content Compose annual marketing calendar and weekly social calendar Develop and manage content for our marketing strategy Assist in preparation annual marketing/events plan/budget Design and produce all in-store branding, promotional opportunities, and signage by coordinating with department managers. Photograph events and/or work with photographer as well as contact vendors for marketing materials. Assist Events Coordinator in planning, organizing and execution of all events from start to finish Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferred in the retail industry Demonstrable experience marketing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Word Press, Canva Create skills with digital photography Event planning experience Must have strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and be a self-starter Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, lift, speak and write in English Full time position with paid vacation, holidays, and full benefit package available.
